1. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

2. ASSIGNED SEATING
​
Seats on the coach are assigned two days before tour departure. Seats are assigned from front to back in the order that we received payment. If you have a special seating request or a physical handicap, please let us know at the time of booking your reservation. Our Motor Coaches hold 56 passengers, and all have restrooms and WI-FI.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
​
Day Trips or Casino Day Trips are Not Refundable or Transferable once booked; you can do a name change up to the day of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For Over Night Motor Coach Tours The following per person penalties will be assessed based upon date of postmark on written notice of cancellation or by email date. For cancellations after booking, a $50 per person Administrative Fee is charged up to day 121 prior to the tour date for any reason by you. Cancellations on tours 120- 98 days prior, 50% of tour cost; 97 – 61 days prior, 75% of the tour cost; 60 days up to day 1 of the tour, no refund of the tour cost. Any cancellations by Join the Fun Tour prior to tour departure will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation. TERMS: Join the Fun LLC reserves the right to substitute of similar quality or to change, cancel or deviate from any scheduled itinerary and shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of any such substitution, change, cancellation or deviation. Join the Fun is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or for cars left in any parking lot during the day or overnight

4. Travel Protection / Cancellation Insurance recommended by JOIN THE FUN LLC:

Join the Fun LLC. is licensed to sell and highly recommends Cancellation Travel Protection Insurance. Travel Insured International will reimburse you for cancellation fees in the event you must cancel your Motor Coach Tour due to a valid medical reason, you must seek medical attention on the day of the cancellation and the doctor states that you cannot travel. This coverage includes medical insurance, as Medicare does NOT cover you if you depart the USA. It also covers Emergency Medical Evacuation for Medi-flights to the nearest hospital best able to serve your needs, Baggage Loss, Trip Delay and even cancellations due to recent Acts of Terrorism, Airline, Cruise Lines or Tour Companies that go out of business, and most natural disasters.

5. TIPPING:

your Host & Bus Driver are usually included in most overnight tours, Tipping is NOT included for the Driver or Host and is suggested at $2-3 dollars per person for each
